Thanks for joining me for part 2 of building a functional school in Sims 2! Today I am going to finish the school by adding a greenhouse, a theater club and backstage, a journalism room and more! This school is going to be used in season 3 of my Asylum letsplay series!

omg you guys, my manifestation worked (lol 😉)! the wonderful Paluding on tumblr made a default replacement of the maxis laundry piles rug! now it's a bit higher off the floor and we can place it onto other rugs! all of my dreams have come true. I am speechless 🤯Like literally can't find the words. This is insanely good! Like I said in my previous comment, I knew it would be detailed, but come on! What??? Every single inch of the build is ... just ... perfect! I need to sit down ... oh I am sitting down. 18 hours sounded like a lot, but now I'm like "you did all this in just 18 hours???" What room I want to be trapped in? Look, just put me anywhere, shove me in a locker for all I care. You put a CAT BED under the bench in the greenhouse??? (five minutes of no thoughts later) Well, I guess there's just one thing to say: you are insandely good at this and this is a masterpiece. Wow

I love the idea of a greenhouse beam from where the lamps can hang. I’m definitely going to use that next time I build a greenhouse.
The stage area looks so good! It was great seeing all the tricks you used to create that illusion. And the backstage area turned out really cozy!
I know I should have figured but the fact that Groceries will be a teen next season hit me hard. I feels like I just wrapped my head around the fact that Serena won’t be a kid anymore.
This build turned out nothing short of amazing!

You can sew any outfit you have in cas on the sewing machine :)

The greenhouse and the theater are absolutely gorgeous! The whole build is, but those two really stood out to me, so cool. I'd definitely choose theater. The skeleton seems like a nice guy to hang around.

So cosy! I love all the little details you add to your builds, they feel so full of life... & I love the idea of using animated effects - I have those downloaded but always forget to use them, I am getting so much inspo from your builds! The sorta realistic grungey look with dark woods is sooooo good, I am such a fan. Cannot wait to see these lots in action!
oh, and if I was an NPC here I'd love to hang out with the investigative journalism club, they seem like a lot of fun and I think club activities would be such a blast

I had no idea about those animated bees and moths and bugs! the amount of detail is insane on this build! I can tell you're really proud of this lot. I would send my teens here all the time lol. I would love this lot but guarantee the dreaded purple flashing and crashing would happen for me. Hope your computer runs this all good so you can enjoy playing it to its full potential! Please share gameplay videos in here I woudl love to see. :)
I really love the greenhouse but I am scared of moths and bugs lol so my 2nd fav area is the stage/sewing room!

Aw I get freaked out by moths too. The description of the bees&moths item says “or maybe they’re butterflies” or something like that so I always just pretend that’s what they are! 😆

It's insane how beautiful and detailed your builds are. The greenhouse is absolutely adorable, so much love went into that and it looks so fun! 😍
I think my favorite part of the build was the theater club though, that was so creative! And so completely different from the things I would come up with. It will never not be entertaining how your mind works: "they have access to one random mannequin and a .... Giant Wagon Wheel!" 😂😂
I'd definitely want to be in the greenhouse (trapped or not! 😄), there's even a cat and everything! 😻😻 And a reading corner! With pillows! Honestly, I could go weeks without even thinking about getting out of there. 😄

I wish there was some kind of Theater mod where my sims could perform on stage or at least practice performing.. it would be really useful specially for Uni sims majoring in performing arts. But i never found one 😕

This is lovely! I love your use of clutter, I get so inspired by games like Life is Strange to make my game feel cluttered and lived-in but I don't have the patience to take it as far as you. Maybe someday I'll work my way up to it!
Any chance you could point me in the general direction of where you got your radio station clutter? I've been wanting to make a little radio station for my hood but I haven't been able to find any paraphernalia for it. I looked at your pinterest but wasn't able to find it there.
Also, if I was a high school NPC I'd be perpetually stuck in a drama club practice session, sulking near the wall, and when you talked to me I'd complain about the teacher letting another student re-write my draft of the script, introducing a bunch of factual and grammatical errors to it because they thought they knew better than me (they didn't) (may or may not be based on a true story)
i love life is strange too, it definitely inspired this build! and haha i need to organize my pinterest better, i found the radio object very confusingly on my military/crime/scifi board 😅. It is converted by hafiseazale and i put a link in the description for you! the big computer box thing behind the radio desk that is against the window linked above it on shastakiss board, it's beosboxboys computing set! I also love your npc idea, especially including what your dialogue would be! that experience would make me mad too and if i was an npc i would definitely be complaining about it to anyone who would listen!! 🤗

Did I spot a teenage Winston the Frog Boy? It also seems like the teens who investigated the old abandoned asylum made it out okay, what a relief!

If using the mic is not crucial, I think there's some invisible recolors of Maxis speech stands (Politics career reward) and stands for Sophie-David opportunity hack, they could build charisma but the animation would be of a "giving speech" 😮

If I put so much clutter on my lots, it makes them unplayable because of pink soup 😢 At least I can watch your videos lol
