SINGLE BEST Exercise for Low Back Pain! If I had to pick one!

  • Low back pain is something that over 80% of us struggle with at some point in our lives. In many cases, we rest for a bit and it feels better. But it usually comes back at some point, and often times more and more frequently over time! Annoying!!
    The reason for this is because the muscles in your back actually shrink when you have pain. When the pain goes away, they stay small. This is one reason why the pain returns at some point! This is also why bending forward hurts...those are the muscles that control you against gravity when you pick something up from the floor!!
    So if this sounds like you...if you have low back pain, especially when bending forward, then watch this video. This has become my favorite exercises to do with patients in the clinic because it works faster than anything else I've done over the years! Hope it does for you too!!

    OK, I don't really the commenting guy, but I have to say thank you. I tried a few things but this one gave me some relief. I'll keep doing this.
    Any recommendations how to sleep, because it's a nightmare at the moment. 😔 Thanks

      Several weeks at least. Honestly it’s good to do once in a while as part of any routine for maintenance as well

    Very good, but don't do it if you have a slipped disk in your lower thoracic or lumber area. You'll apply pressure to the lumbar and thoracic disks intervertebral disks which will in turn place more pressure on the nerve. Sciatica. Also don't do it of you have an excessively arched lower back. That means the balance of the back muscles isn't right resulting in some parts of the back working too hard, and other parts not enough. That needs to be addressed.
