I have both :) My Mach 5's are wearing out so I got a new pair of Mach 6's yesterday to add to the shoe rotation. I really enjoyed the Mach 5, but now they have lost their spring. It is true what you say about the Endorpin Speed 4, they are not suitable for slower sessions. But they are really lovely on the faster runs.

Great video. I used the Speed 3 for all kinds of runs. Been seeing mixed reviews on Speed 4. I’ve been doing exactly what you said and using my older super shoes for tempo / speed days.

I find the Speed 3 and 4 mushy and unstable at any speed below Tempo.. Will get the Mach 6 once I get it in WIDE.
Or maybe wait for the Mizuno Neo Vista 😉.....

Love my Mach 6’s. If I wanted the Speed, I’d rather put in the extra $$ and get the Pro 4’s

I am a new runner, currently i have Reebok energy 4 and asics noosa tri 14, they ok but boring some how. I want a faster and more exciting shoe. I am running for my self never gonna race or maraton train. Which one u guys recommend me between these 3 shoes:
s4, superblast or mach 6, hate very soft shoe like nb Fresh foam more v4, i bought that and sold it half price after 2 runs. Saucony s3 didn't work for me as it was unstable.
