ASUS TUF FX505DT GAMING LAPTOP REPAIR. ISSUE: INTERMITTENT WI-FI CONNECTION

- Good day everyone, welcome back to my CZcams Channel.
In this video episode, we show how to fix the ASUS gaming laptop model FX505DT. The symptom is an intermittent Wi-Fi connection, the problem started from day one and get worse day by day until such time that it requires you to reboot the laptop in order for the Wi-Fi to work. Initially, we tried to solve the issue by reinstalling the driver, but to no avail. finally, we focus on the hardware.
We solved the problem by replacing the Wi-Fi card. It was originally Realtek and replaced it with Intel one.
The Wi-Fi card is available through online stores like Lazda and Shopee

did you have issues with Bluetooth too? I am currently having Bluetooth connection issue. This wifi card is Bluetooth & Wifi combined right??
Thank you Evan for taking the time to watch my CZcams video, in reply to your question, Yes, the board combines WiFi and Bluetooth and we have issues also with Bluetooth. Both works fine after the board replacement.
