Correct way always not same as sortcut way but it is much safer.
One simple advice as always please disconnect the internal battery before you touch any inner component.

Not my goal to replace the screen but the antennas, this video was very helpful on how to open that part of the laptop! 🙏🫡
Two years ago, my step-son threw a punch at the screen while playing video games and cracked the entire screen. We gave the laptop to my girlfriend's dad as he's more technologically savy than I am, and he said he'll attempt to fix it. Don't think he ever got around to it, so I got it back last week and saw you video. Bought the replacement screen on the spot, had it arrive today, and then attempted to replace it myself while re-watching your video. Works like a charm now. Definitely appreciate the help!
Thank you so much! I'm repairing my buddy's computer, and this is the first client computer I've worked with. And the first time I replaced a screen.
Glad I could help!
there are 2 adhesive strips under the display. you can see the ending near the hinges (7:01, only left is somewhat visible) and you should pull them by the ending to easily separate the display panel from the back
Hi, How much does that display cost (30pin 60hz)?
