- Captain Chris Daniel, the Officer in Command of the National Guard engineers in Task Force South, describes the benefits of the newly installed fencing on banks of the Rio Grande River near Brownsville, TX. The barrier serves to disrupt the flow of illegal immigrants coming from across the river, many of whom are smuggling dangerous narcotics, weapons, and people into the United States. Operation Lone Star is Texas' response to the increasingly harmful effects of organized crime, and the National Guard is working alongside state and federal law enforcement agencies to stop the crime from entering from across the border. Thank you for protecting not just the people of TX but the rest of the USA. ❤

What's the point if you're just gonna cut through it anyway?
I was just gonna say. Ok now get the bolt cutters out
Shit bud, there ain't even any concrete beneath it, you could literally just dig under it.
Hell that fence looks very easy to climb. But Texas loves to waste money on pointless shit.
any sort of fence or wall doesn't make sense to me other than pointing out where the border is. Ladders to climb over, bolt cutters to climb through, shovels to dig under have all been mentioned already. Seems to me the best course of action would be to increase Border Patrol presence all along the border.
🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️❤️❤️ Thank you!!
