The only way Warriors fans would not be upset if Steph Curry ever got traded would be to the Charlotte Hornets. Steph said himself that would be the only other team he would consider going to. Hornets would have to give the Warriors LaMelo Ball , Brandon Miller and Two or Three 1st Round Draft pick for Curry to end up in Charlotte. Warriors fans would be sad that Steph left, but wouldn't be upset with Steph because he would be going back home to Charlotte where he grew up.
As soon as Steph leaves the warriors in whatever capacity they instantly become hundreds of millions of dollars less valuable.
With Warriors no hope in sight to become a top tier team, Steph could retire and become part of an ownership group for LV or Seattle franchise, or maybe Lacob has an agreement to sell Steph part ownership in the Warriors when Steph retires (or if Steph stays with team through 1 more extension).
If Curry ended up leaving I think Spurs with VW would be lit!
