- I had a lovely lazy, relaxing time swinging about in my hammock and doing a bit of night-time eye-spotting of the woodland creatures. I was expecting a load of rain for this but it didn't materialise

Just spent a night out camping with my 15yo son. Tent, campfire, nice meal, gathering firewood together, walk around camp in the dark. Chatting (well, as much as you can get out of a teenager!). Breakfast of raisin toast cooked on the fire and hot chocolate. We both had a ball. Magic way to spend a night in the peace and quiet of the bush, sitting around the fire together looking at the stars. Great stuff Claire, love the videos, they are an inspiration, keep them coming!!

lovely vlog I loved the comment on walking round the woods at nights used to do that years ago when camping in the New Forest in the 1970s before it was organised campsites, I loved to climb into the forestry stands and sit quietly 20 ish ft up watching night animals, the Hancock looked very cozy
I as a young man has done wildkampng solo but I was really afraid to be alone in the forest at night and I could'nt sleep. Watching you and some others and I'm amazed at how brave independent and strong you girls are these days.

You make my Idea of hell look sooo comfy and lovely. I started making myself go camping in 2016, just the occasional thing.... quickly upgraded everything I started with to more and bigger.... I take as many comforts as I can.... missing the kitchen sink but once all my stuff is set up (after much ranting and raving and asking myself why I put myself through it, I usually enjoy it. I couldn't 'wild' it like you do, but love your videos!! Glad I found your channel.

I'm hoping you see a badger on your nocturnal ramblings. One of my personal favourites, or an otter.
Ever since I read, 'Ring of Bright Water,' by Gavin Maxwell when I was a boy, it has been my favourite animal and one of my favourite books.
I think young George would like it.
It was even made into a film with Virginia McKenna and her husband Bill Travers.
Maxwell, wrote a few books about the otters he had raised in a wild, coastal area of West-Scotland.

Just some advice guys. If you ever get cold while camping, just stand in the corner of a tent for a while. There normally around 90 degrees 👍

Another fun video. For your hair, you should try a " palm brush ". It's a small, flat oval, about 4" around but with plastic bristles only about 1/8 " long, which get knots,etc. out of long hair without breaking the hair. It is very thin , with a built in loop for putting your fingers through . Probably doesn't weigh 2 grams. In the US, they are about $ 2.00- 3.00 at Sally Beauty Supply. It works even after long motorcycle rides, so it should be perfect for Wild Adventures.
ClaireBeare!!! You are so brave flying your drone all around those trees!!! I primarily hammock camp. I most often open up the tarp like you have done so I can see the woods all around. Except for when it's stormy of course... then I pull it all down nice and tight and call it 'taco mode'. lol
