What is going on everybody, this is TGA, and in today's video, we're at Neath Police Station in South Wales, with @CJAuditsAuditingNI. Had issues exporting this video, finally managed to get it up, no pun intended lol. Hope you all enjoy, crazy one this was, plainclothes police failing to identify again, and trying to detain us. Hope you all enjoy the video.
The police are so frightened about being identified. They think you can get their address from identifying them.

It looks like a big Police Station for such a small, relatively sleepy, laid-back town.
It's not that big a station, there's a school and part of the council offices behind it and the old cinema/kwikfit next door.

Stop and account is NOT a police power, that's what gives us the right to walk away and not reply. Anyone has the right to ask anyone who they are and what they're doing. It's then a choice if you choose to answer
The only thing that lets these audits down is most of the time you're a wing man if you're with others.

The standards in that station are disgraceful, they are fast to jump on the public with vehicle contraventions, but not bothered when they have been called out on it. Time to shut the corrupt stations down.
The two clothed officers were very decent, didn't lose their minds like cops tend to. The other two were clearly intellectually short and lack the self confidence to identify.

When an officer says "I don't know (you) (your intentions) (if you're about to commit a crime)" the immediate and obvious answer is "No. You don't. Nor can you. Nor will you because unless you've developed your recognition abilities, the future is not yours to know. That is exactly why we have the presumption of innocence, so that I can go about my day freely and not be beholden to your paranoia."
Your lack of comprehension of my lawful activity, though HUGELY troubling, is not my concern. If your NPD has been permitted to run rampant such that you think members of the public must satisfy your curiosity, simply because you're curious, then you need treatment not answers from me.
Let me be clear... if it's lawful, it's permitted and, therefore, none of your business. Your inability to comprehend is a "you" problem. It's not a "security risk" because there is no security risk. Given the latest state in the news with regard to rogue police or people impersonating police committing henious crimes, I must only assume you are an Imposter and shall be ringing 999. I am, as of this moment, placing you under citizens arrest for impersonation of a police officer. If you leave I shall report your registration plates to the police. Until there is personal, substantial consequence there will be no change. We all know this. The cost of actual deterrence has to be high. Take speeding... we know it's wrong. We do it anyways because the costs don't outweigh the benefit. We know enforcement is low and, when caught, the personal impact is minimal. M*rder? Different story.
Violating rights is just the cop version of speeding. They know enforcement is few and far between and, when caught, the personal impact is non-existant.
The question, however, is... what will finally bring about that turning point? How many abuses are we willing to tolerate? How many Sarah Everard's? Apparently the answer to that question is... at least one more.
