I'm sorry this man had to go through all of this. Total madness and no need to stress someone and someone's family like this. The police serve the public. When did that change? Brute force to the agenda. Those cops were just misguided sheep that were blindly following orders, then panicked and went to automatic 'arrest cause we think we can' mode. Intimidation without any sense. Thank you for sharing this. I hope more people realise what us happening to our freedom. Again, sorry that these men had to go through this.

@@julieannhilary9536 - Were they sheep? Or were they activist LGBTQ officers abusing their office to repress political opposition to genderqueer? We really need to know who these officers are and if they are active in the Hants Police LGBTQ Network. One of the female officers insulted Harry Miller as 'homophobic' for objecting to her having an LGBTQ flag on her uniform. HM can't be guilty of obstructing them in the execution of their duty when they weren't acting in the execution of their duty. A communication isn't malicious if it doesn't have demonstrable malicious intent to cause emotional harm and distress. Expressing an honestly held belief LGBTQ are like Nazis isn't malicious, and getting someone arrested for it proves the point.

@@ReclaimTheMedia_ What is being done about ensuring that the chain of command (politicians -> senior officers -> mid level officers -> beat police) is respected with regards to the law, the requirement to be non-political and the right to free speech? Politicians are ultimately responsible for what is going on because they stand by and fail to take corrective action. I appreciate that police are supposed to be independent from govt but they are answerable to politicians. I don't understand why senior officers aren't guilty of misconduct in public office which is a serious offence. The behaviour of the police on the beat won't change until there are consequences for anyone in the chain who violate their mandate.

Because you now learned Police are not here to serve and protect you. Supreme courts time and time again after cops were taking to court, said the cops have no obligation to answer any courts even if you're in danger. For example, a cause in which a man was threatened by another man in tube train with a knife, two cops were on the train, they did nothing, UNTIL the one with knife stabbed the man repeatedly. When cops were questions why they did not arrest the man immediately when they saw he was armed with a knife, the cop said "because I was afraid for my life," but he's a cop, his job is to protect, that's what he gets paid for. The judge also defended the cops saying they had no obligation to protect the citizen. So what are the god damn cops for? To protect and serve the institution, the establishments, the corporation and rogue states not it's citizens. Therefore, never sit with cops and answer questions or talk. If they say it's not an interview, they ARE LYING! If they ask question or they are talking, they are interviewing.

@@SmokeDogArmaI got accused by the nothing better to do police for "riding my motorcycle on the pavement". I was in a traffic que near roadworks traffic lights, waiting for them to change (on a very busy, 2 way main road), when I realised I had a small problem with my bike, which needed sorting out urgently. I couldn't do it where I was as the lights were about to change, and the road was too narrow for any traffic to pass me, but the pavement was totally, completely clear, there was not a single pedestrian in sight anywhere, and there was a dropped curb (which is legally there to allow wheeled vehicles to pass over it). So I rode onto the pavement (NOT along it), and stopped, so that I was in the safest place possible (& also the place where I was causing no obstruction or danger to anyone). 3 passing coppers came into view just as I did this, and decided to come over with the heavy handed stuff "riding on the pavement". Never mind the safety aspect of it, and the fact that they clearly saw that I did NOT ride my bike along it, other than the 3 or 4 feet needed to get it off the road. (A point which I kept reminding them while they kept trying to hassle me). Eventually, after several minutes, they gave up and left, and I heard no more about it. Jobsworths.
