Yeah St. Clair is a beast dude. I was trolling for musky there a couple weeks ago and a nice smallie grabbed one of my musky lures lol. But you have to seriously watch wind and weather because that lake can flip in a heart beat. You don't wanna be out there in even 3 foot waves.

People gotta realize... LSC is basically a Great Lake. Gets real nasty out there, real quick. Especially in the spring and the fall when you have fronts mixing and high winds.

LSC is my home lake, I'm on it nearly every weekend during the season. She'll give you a great day of fishing but at the same time, she's not going to be nice to you. Best time to fish it is late October through November and April through mid-May when the only people out there are fishermen. During the boating season through summer it gets really bad out there with all the large cruisers throwing wakes in all directions.

ok, missed the cut but dudes great out come n well fished.
Seagulls are savage AF. I saw a stranded Dolphin before where Gulls and hooded crows were pecking its eyes out. But we couldn't get to it to help, there was a deep channel separating us, so I called a nearby public aquarium to come to save it. They got it back into the water. But about an hour later the dolphin was now stranded again so this time my father and I got it to waist deep water but it was too late. It swam around again and had no eye. It was heart breaking to witness 😭

If you're thinking about a fishing trip, you should look up Taltson Big Pike Lodge in northern Canada, get some guys with you! If you can ofc with the restrictions etc and with the kid on the way. I think it would make for a great video, especially for us European viewers. Just a tip.

This video hit home hard, my grandpa was a serous angler and he passed away this year cause of a lumber accident and he took me to st. Clair for a week trip just me and him the last 3 years before he passed and the last time we where there he specifically said it would probably be the last year we where able to go, and my grandma sold his ranger so now there’s no boat in the family and I’m not able to go ;( one day I’ll make my way back, that lake is truly legendary man
