What a thorough and comprehensive explanation! I think that the panel of that washer machine knows more about laundry than I do! Maybe its got artificial intelligence????😂

Excellent review Bunky, You didn't leave out a thing!!! Maybe you should consider working for Speed Queen as a product consultant? you'd be very good at it... LOL Now on my machine, i do the tub clean cycle once a month because I do between 40 and 45 loads a month and I like to keep it smelling clean and fresh... I also bought the matching electric steam dryer to make it a complete set because I didn't have anything else and I know what you mean when you said that they were costly because my set cost me $4078.00... I have mine almost 6 months now and love it to pieces!!! Like you said no fooling around, It goes right to work and gets the job done and it has really cut my laundry time down so I can move on to something else... As far as the suds coming out of the detergent drawer, I have never experienced anything like that... I measure my detergent in the cap and when I set my cycle and press start , As soon as the water starts going in I open the drawer a little bit and pour the detergent right into the dispenser and it gets flushed down with the water into the tub... Thanks for the video Bunky and have a great weekend... Bob

Hi Bob, Thank you so much for your kind words. I really do believe this machine is a quality machine and yes expensive but worth it. If you ever think I may have missed something or you come across something please let me know. I can always do an update video as we learn more about these machines. Bunky.

@@Bunkysworkshop You are so welcome Bunky, And yes it really is a good quality built washer and that's what I needed!!! I had several different washers over the past 25 years and had nothing but problems with most of them and that's why I took the plunge and bought these Because I need a washer and dryer that's built rugged and something that I can depend on year after year without constant breakdowns!!! After I finished watching your video, I did 5 loads of wash in mine and was done in no time, No fussiness with the cycles or anything, It just went right to work and got the job done!!! If I ever come across something new that I learned on the control board, I will definitely reach out to you... Take care and have a good night... Bob

Now imagine I played the lotto and hit big. I would create my own private laundromat with three FF7s and three DF7s. What I wished Speed Queen would have done was include a built-in heating system because in Europe many of the front loaders at their laundromats have built-in heaters in them instead of relying on the boiler to get hot water. Plus that would eliminate the use of bleach because bleach damages fabrics. I never use bleach for my whites and colors. If I owned three of them plus their matching dryers I would have so much fun because I love doing laundry. From my observation I see that it's a very straightforward washer because washers these days be horsing around and don't get the clothes clean like it should. A lot of sponsors like to use fancy words about a washer like it's the best thing there is on the market when customers see otherwise. The only Speed Queen washer I have used was the hard mounts at the laundromat and I instantly loved them. If I had the FF7 I know it wouldn't disappoint me....and plus they have it in Matt Black on their website. And Bunky I also hate it when washers struggle to spin a load of clothing especially when the timer runs down to six minutes and all it's doing is redistributing and by the time it has finally balanced the load it has two minutes left which the washer has to make up the five minutes it has wasted redistributing the load. Every time I watch your videos of the front loader I get excited and say "Look at my friend the FF7 She's adorable!"

So when you do hit the lotto and make your own laundromat I hope I get invited for opening day. This machine is awesome and I love watching it do its job without even struggling or thinking about it. A no nonsense washer that is a work horse indeed.

@@Bunkysworkshop That is my goal and it will be called "Eric's Laundromat" and I'll invite you as my first customer. Only Speed Queen fans are invited 😊
