Ouzo is made with anise, not liquorice, so Tay was actually right!
in many places of USA they call anise as licorice flavoredbut trust us ouzo is star anise flavored and ouzo flavored candy are flavored with star anise not ouzo the drink

Jumbo chips are not a good quality chip here so other chip brands could have been even better!
Halvas is an acquired 'food" due to it being chalk/sand like, it comes in different flavours like vanilla and chocolate, it is eaten in balkans, greek, israel, turkey etc. It is mainly eaten in "clean monday" which is once in a year and the 40 days before it.

Hey! I'm glad you liked most of them! The traditional healthy sweet called: "Xalvas" ("ΧΑΛΒΑΣ") which in this variety is called: "simigdalenios", isn't traditionally with vanilla, but rather with nuts, or cinnamon and you put syrup in the end. There is another variety too, which is called: "Xalvas farsalon" ("ΧΑΛΒΑΣ ΦΑΡΣΑΛΩΝ"), named after a city in southern Thessaly, which is more like a jelly and you can put nuts in as well, or eat it with ice cream!
They are both really tasty, if done properly 😄
And to be honest i've tried the one with the vanilla, it isn't my favorite either, but they have one with milk chocolate, which is great!

The halva with almonds is my favourite, I add lemon juice and cinnamon...I love it

Εντάξει ρε παιδιά είναι ιδιαίτερη η υφή του χαλβά, λογικό το βρίσκω. Ειδικά αν κάποιος δεν είναι εξοικειωμένος ούτε καν με το ταχίνι είναι δύσκολο να του αρέσει ο χαλβάς.

13:40 , ma guy thats halvas , and its 1 of the best greek desserts i would say , but i wouldnt recommend any snack bullsht for halva , only brands , if u try a brand of halva ifs gonna be way way better , ofc its stoll gonna be stinky again , but its gonna be way better and many times they have inside either almonds or a mix with chocolate too , really good
