Thanks Dr Bantu, as an African living in America I had started doubting God when I came here because I heard the term “Christianity was the white man’s religion “ but I began to really study the history of Christianity and realized Christianity existed in Africa before Arab invasion, the Roman rule and the trans-Atlantic slave trade to mention but a few and my faith in Christ was made stronger.

I'm very appreciative to Dr. Bantu's research and knowledge. Speaking as a Christian that believes in salvation by grace through faith and also knowing my Lemba, Ethiopian and Yemenite roots. I understand that they're are many different beliefs in mainstream Christianity which are considered heresy depending on which denomination you attend, where in many different congregations and Messianic Hebrew Israelite Camps they're are many different beliefs that are considered heresy depending on individual belief systems. When interacting with one another we can't approach each other as enemies if we say we love our Heavenly Father. I pray that God will continue pour out His spirit on all people. Keep up the good work Dr. Bantu!

Can’t hear the questions, but this is so eye opening. I always knew Christianity predated colonialism in Africa from my pre colonial African history classes in college. But this was such a fulfilling lesson.

Plato studied in Egypt for 13 years under the Horite priest Sechnuphis. Many Greek philosophers had studied at Egyptian schools.
