Everon
Return to Everon, a 51 km² mid-Atlantic island in the Malden archipelago. Revisit familiar locales from Operation Flashpoint and revel in the natural beauty of a massive open-world; a stunning landscape of pine and broadleaf forests, flowing rivers, ponds, idyllic towns, and austere mountains, surrounded by pebble beaches and rocky coastlines.
Conflict
Join players online and experience realistic Cold War combat as a US or Soviet Army soldier. Capture strategic positions, dominate the battlefield, and work with others to secure objectives in a dynamic, unforgiving environment. With a selection of period-authentic weapons and vehicles, recreated in meticulous detail, Arma Reforger's multiplayer game mode returns you to war.
Game Master

I found out only recently that Reforger exists and I'm really amazed by its authentic looks.
Actually, that's the main reason why I have some interest in ArmA series - the authentic Czech(oslovak) feel.
Good ol overthrow
With reforger it has some interiors and cool detail
"It wouldn't be a Bohemia game if it wasn't buggy as hell". Truer words my friend. Truer words. I really miss all the Arma 3 Antistasi / Overthrow stuff my group did. Its so hard for small groups in that mod. Very rewarding though. I'm trying to talk them into this game / mod, but paying $30 to be an Alpha tester is a hard sell. I really hope you continue with this series.

Just purchased this game yesterday and played an all nighter with this mod lol.
You ain't lying bro. I fired it up at 21:00 and realized I was hearing the garbage trucks at 06:30. I ended that session with a hummer filled to the brim with good weapons and armor😂. Like I had a camo painted block2 mod m4 with a ubgl, a 1-4 elcan, m995, suppressor, and multiple sets of NVGS. I had so much fun sitting off a roadway by the enemies base at night. Plink em as they try and figure out where I'm at 😂.
Super-secret you can sit there and run over the guards at every guard tower if you're good with the car and by the time they realize what hit on.Anyway, you have 3 full kits.But you have to make sure to completely clear the area if you're planning a solo
I still cant get over the furniture in the buildings. All in all game looks so nice

If you like driving and are keen on driving in standard.. You can turn off drive assist in the settings and drive in stabdard the same way you do in DayZ. Cheers!

I feel like I finally found a game I like. I used to only play tarkov. Tarkov is in a weird state, new update did make it better. I wanted something semi realistic, open world, range of weapons, and option to chill or go balls to the wall. This scratches all the itches. I can even rp and make vids with it better than any tarkov vid I could dream of making.
Only complaint with arma has been the overly serious milsim lobbies in other modes. I'm a disabled Marine 0331/11(infantry and machine gunner) that was the rear vic gunner for the bc and Sgt majors PSD. I know what I'm doing but those guys take it so serious I was banned from a lobby for using an m60 because it wasn't "a real life kit". I told them a 5.56 won't take down a chopper, I can suppress, remove heads, and take down choppers. What's the issue? They legit banned me instead of letting me know the seriousness of the attire they wear for the milsim. I got back after a 15min ban waited an hr and a half and didn't even get out of the dang APC. Got in at the fob, got back out an hr later at the fob. They also got pist when I tried to 360 cordon at a stop and suggested we shoot at suspected ieds with vic 1 with standoff. Long story long, the community will turn people off if they aren't willing to help the new players. Especially when there is no description for the server stating the serious rp levels.
I'd rather play single player than wait 2 hours for some guys to play Barbie dress up before they're ready for an op. :) There are a ton of groups out there though, so if you're looking for multiplayer I'm sure you can find something that suits you. Thanks for watching and the comment!
are there a lot of single player campaign for reforger? Would to buy it for that, wondreing if the other islands will be created as well from the Operation flashpoint series
I play single player and there are a few scenarios that I've tried. I'm not sure on the total count. You can take a look at the workshop here and see what suits you. reforger.armaplatform.com/workshop
What extra mods for Overthrow? You didn't mention what they were and they're not in the description of this walk through. 😔
Do you have a timestamp for reference? This was over 6 months ago and I don't recall any mods I was using.
idk if you could help im on the with this (im playing on Series S) i load it up an pick the occupying faction n it doesnt necessarily freezes cuz I can still pause and restart the game (mod) from in game and all that though it won't let me get past that selection screen do I need to uninstall and reinstall or would you even know
I'm on PC and don't know anything about console. You could try reinstall and see if that helps. Also check out the Overthrow Discord

Does it have an awesome singleplayer campaign like we had in OFP?
Reforger does not, if that's what you mean. It's primarily a multiplayer experience though you can play the various game modes solo against AI. There are also workshop options such as the Overthrow mod.. Reforger is a testbed for the new Enfusion engine that will power ArmA 4 and future titles.
my problem with this amazing game,is that i dont know were to find the enemy..were are they? Were should i drive to find them? Would be nice with a pointer to were i should go.. i usally just drive around on my own,doing nothing
Military bases and radio towers are a good place to start

@@hunterwhite7382 In Reforger you have to learn to navigate with a map and compass using landmarks. Some mods add the player to the map and have waypoints but I don't think Overthrow has that

Yes, I believe you delete My Documents/My Games/Arma Reforger/profile/.db

No. You may be thinking of the new game mode that came out recently. This is a mod called Overthrow and was recorded long before the new game mode.

Reforger is just a testbed and lacks a lot of functionality and content so I'm sure that's part of it. Go play, then that's one more person playing :)

Problem is that if you restart...cause say U drove like a moron and blew your truck up....when you do a full restart....truck is still gone....no amount of uninstalls, reinstalls or restarts ever changes the fact that your vehicle is permanently and for all eternity and all restarts GONE!....be great of they fixed it.
Did you restart by removing the .db folder?
Mod is broken. Won’t even get past faction choice screen…
