    What color carriers did you run on the brake tech

  • @AdrianSinner97
    @AdrianSinner97 Před 4 lety +1

    The only thing i would have liked to see, was the difference between the rims only, stripped down from all the discs and stuff.
    I am studying the option of buying a set of these for my R1 -2018 (non S) - but need to understand the weight difference.

    • @SuperbikeUnlimited
      @SuperbikeUnlimited  Před 4 lety +1

      Agree - we can tell you they are just under 5lbs lighter however.

    probly getting these for my R1M. what is the exact name of the color? hard to tell if thats the gloss or matte/satin... also, are they anodized or powdercoated?

    • @SuperbikeUnlimited
      @SuperbikeUnlimited  Před 7 měsíci

      They’re anodized. I don’t think we can order in this color any longer, however.

    Wouldn’t you want a good weight on the wheel so that it handles the torque better

    • @SuperbikeUnlimited
      @SuperbikeUnlimited  Před 6 měsíci

      No, you want the lightest wheel that can withstand the force applied.

    How do I get worldwide bearings from my GSxs750

  • @Luckky-13
    @Luckky-13 Před 4 lety +2

    It would have taken 30 seconds to weigh the rear wheels. Dosen't look like expensive aftermarket wheels saved much weight...

    • @SuperbikeUnlimited
      @SuperbikeUnlimited  Před 4 lety +1

      They weigh 5lbs less than the standard wheels. That's all we can reasonably expect from aluminum wheels that are road certified.

    Wait?? Those are the same as the Oz Wheels?

    Why not magnesium instead of aluminum?

    • @TheVilouboy
      @TheVilouboy Před 3 lety

      Mags are more incline to bend as they are softer than aluminum . Mags are designed for tracks where there's no speed bumps, potholes, random dogs

  • @markcontreras4035
    @markcontreras4035 Před 7 měsíci

    Too expensive and it’s 2024 and they sum only have these

    • @WhyDidYTstartThisHandleShit

      haha you were shitposting on other vids about these wheels too. just cuz you cant afford them doesnt mean the price is unreasonable. if you knew about cnc you'd know where the price comes from. yeah we'd all like the price to be lower but we gotta pay to play..

    • @SuperbikeUnlimited
      @SuperbikeUnlimited  Před 6 měsíci +1

      100% - these are for sure the best priced wheels in the states right now.
