I've read that ceramic bearings if there quality bearings will last much longer and are less maintenance then steel bearings .

In the bicycle world, ceramic bearings aren't as robust as steel. They use a thin oil lubricant and wear the races out quicker.

The gold anodising is too dark, almost an 'orange' gold.
It should be a nice light gold.

They offer an actual gold hueas well. It looks like an actual 18k gold. I wish there was something more in-between that looks more matte without the orange-ish tint.
