    Love these master cylinders, ended up getting one as brembo was out of stock. Hands down better quality and finish

      They are really impossible to beat for the money!

      Well if you are talking about the rcs brembo then yes the gale is better quality. BUT they are not the same level products. The equivalent of brembo to the vre is the gp billet racing master 19x18 etc. it costs about 2500€ and is much better quality and performer than the galespeed.

    Just upgraded to these. Has there been any report of handlebar vibration transferring to the actual lever?

    Is there a specific ratio that you shoot for when it comes to master cylinder piston size and caliper piston size or is it all dependent on how the rider likes the lever to feel?

    Will the gale speed work interchangeable with Brembo RCS19 spaced button pod holes

  • @OveRReV

    Love my 19mm VRE MC' hands down better than the RCS19 & billet 19x18 Brembo units' gives you that feel when you're at the limit of braking' it's money well spent

    What about the rear! You using galespeed for the rear also?

  • @SatanielShady

    Why do you choose a 17mm ms and not a 19mm ms?

    • @raceengineered3241
      @raceengineered3241 Před 4 lety

      We prefer the feel with our caliper piston size. It allows more modulation and a longer lever travel.

      @@raceengineered3241 for a brembo gp4rx 108mm calipers, what do you recommend, a galespeed 17mm master cylinder or a 19mm master cylinder

      @@SatanielShady Sorry, we replied from the auto account 😂. You can use either. 19 will have a short, firm feel. 17, longer, softer feel.

    Is it normal for a 19 Rcs to get spongy on a 2018 R1 with speigler non abs brake lines? is it the brembo brake fluid?

    • @SuperbikeUnlimited
      @SuperbikeUnlimited  Před 3 lety

      No, it sounds as though it needs to be bled. Or the fluid could be old.

    • @Shooter7250
      @Shooter7250 Před 3 lety

      @@SuperbikeUnlimited I bled it and the fluid is brand new. Is the Rcs corsa corta track racing worthy or does it get left behind, honestly i switched from the regular pr 19x18 to the rcs 19 corsa corta and it feels spongier, the main reason for the switch was for a direct engagement to the remote adjuster but after reading the forums the way they put it to shame made me regret buying it, is it that bad?

    • @SuperbikeUnlimited
      @SuperbikeUnlimited  Před 3 lety

      @@Shooter7250 There is nothing wrong with that master cylinder, it must be something else in your system. You can also adjust the ratio, as well as the initial engagement point. Make sure those are on the firmest settings, assuming that is what you're looking for.

      @@SuperbikeUnlimited It is, if it fades on my next track day, i will give the castrol srf a try and hope for the best. I wish spain had such knowledgable engineers like you guys. Thank you for the mind relief. Liked and subscribed. Have a nice day ^^
