In the LN, the Dungeon spawned Amphisbaena because the Juggernaut failed to kill everyone in the floor. Makes you think why Ouranos never leaves his chamber of prayers

Juggernaut isn’t a floor boss. It’s the Dungeon’s special delete button that it calls out when a floor takes too much damage.
Amphisbaena is a regular floor boss. It just spawns early when they’re totally unprepared to fight it.
