Ingredients:
5 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
4 tablespons (half a stick) unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 teaspoons grated nutmeg
1/2 pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 egg

I made this today, didn’t use milk or egg but it turned out really well. I did leave it a little too long in the oven so the top was burnt 😂, but it tastes delicious. Nana Ama Shomybae my dear. You press the on button of the oven. You turn temperature to 360 degrees Celsius . You put a separate pan of water on the lower part inside the main oven. Next you put your bread in for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes you use an oven mitt or towel (to not burn your hands) to take the whole loaf pan out.
