Homemade 🇬🇭 Ghana Sugar Bread || Bread Rolls recipe

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups or 500 grams of hard flour
1 tablespoon Yeast
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 Cup Water
45g Butter or use margarine
1 tsp of Salt
2Tbsp Milk Powder
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 teaspoon of vanilla or pineapple flavour

Thanks Akosua. Most videos ask that the kneaded dough rest for a while before moulding into a pan. Didn't see same here..any special reason please

No special reason Eva, the machine evenly kneads it. We mostly let it rest for a while(at most 5 mins) when you hand knead it, that way, the ingredients incorporate evenly.
