Atleast 1 of the 3 shooters had a phone on them. Unless they got an initial location and waited, then from there trialed him all day until they was able to do the drill. But the problem is it's gone be difficult to come up with an alibi for 4:30AM. The correct position appears to be at the Home2 parking lot at the begin of “Sarah” You can also see the white outline on extending from the curb where he turns right. CCTV also show cars across from where he turns right, your point of view only shows grass.
