@@hellbat7713 Hello, all the names, faces and traits are completely randomly rolled each time, so you will never find that specific person most likely. The best you can do is repeatedly farm the locations to get characters you are happy with

I just found a hacker while doing on of the missions at the MI-6 building ~13:00. While looking at the map if the bridge is on your left side, he was located on the bottom right corner behind the gate. Btw the building itself is located at the bottom left corner of Lambeth.

How are you having trouble finding ANARCHIST and STREET ARTISTS? They’re literally EVERYWHERE. I’m finding those two than I am finding a damn Hacker who isn’t old and have the WORST bonus Trait. And I can’t even find the hackers shown in this video at all. Not even at different times.
Also seen one at MI6 in the alley near the spy spawn
Another possible hacker location is the alleyway next to clothes store at Southwark River Gate
New locations I found:
- Mi6 in LAMBETH
- Cruciform Hospital
- Boxing League: Camden Market 8:00am
i got to see the hacker by the GBB building at night while going the 404 missions

Same thing happened with my Albion guard, he died in a mission, but a few days after, I just saw him walking around, he already liked dedsec so I could just recruit him instantly lol

Is it like a 100% spawnrate or do u need to come back multiple times to find one? I've been to all the locations without any luck

I'm late but it's based on their schedule which is completly random altho it seems to usually be long period of times like 8AM to 4PM, it's the most common one in my game, but even then it doesn't make it a 100% Spawn chance unless you mark them for recruitment and check the spot again.
Tldr: Pure RNG if they spawn or not altho i recommend hanging around the spot for around 2 minutes because sometimes they spawn late after you check a spot, at least in my game.

I have trouble with finding a 'male' hypnotist as well as a 'male' hacker. Can you try help with this. I have gone to all possible locations of where they could spawn based you video, but no luck.

Any idea of these are a day or night related thing kinda like the hitmen how you can mostly find them at night
Dont think so, in this video I do go over the schedules which is what determines what time you find them, so I am pretty sure its totally random: czcams.com/video/Hj011dDcrr0/video.html
