Down stairs does have some wired sockets and a washing machine was there before we bought the house, we didn't want to allocate other spaces as it will be the buyers choice on what the next stages will be xx

Normally eack buyer will want to renovate the house folling each one taste so better dont do more becouse it might be not usefull.
