đđŸVideo. Gorgeous plant place. I used tree fern fiber, moss and aroid mix equal parts for my moss pole. It works too well and I trim my plant appropriately every 3 months. đȘŽHappy Plantingđż
I live in nyc too yea the humidity levels be crazy here lol even with a humidifier I just get up to 60 sometimes during day or 50 and night jumps to 75 close to 80 but all plants seem way better with humidifier you could just have one running itâll help a lot
Itâs pretty pointless in my apartment. Iâve had them in the past. I used to have two in the living room and it just wasnât worth all the constant stress of refilling and cleaning them out because they barely ever raised the humidity in the living room. I decided to put that extra effort towards looking after the 100 plus plants. I think itâs just too open. If I got a massive commercial grade one, that would work but who has space for that? Hahahahaha.
Last time I ordered Mollys Adonis mix. My house was filled with fungus gnats. I mean millions.. I like it but maybe I put in oven for a few minutes to kill any eggs
I love NZ tree fern fiber. Have you ever rooted Hoya cuttings in it? I have a few cuttings coming in the mail and Iâm trying to figure out whatâs best to root them in. Always love your videos.
Thank you so much! No I havenât, i havenât ventured into Hoya cuttings yet. Iâve used tree fern to grow alocasia corms though and that was great so I imagine it would do well for hiya cuttings too.
Thank you!! Itâs just a TCL smart TV. I bought some digital art from an Etsy Store and used the Google Photos viewer to display the art. Iâll look up the store!
Well you are not alone with frustrations around some Alocasia's. I am uploading a video now that is me spinning my wheels on how to help the Black Velvet I have, totally frustrating. I have seen you tree fern a lot, do you think that is better than something like bonsai jack grit mix? I also am not into semi-hydro nor do I want to go down that path, I much prefer the organic route. Your plants are gorgous, I love the Anthiriums!!
Yes gosh alocasias can be so mysterious sometimes! Yes, I do prefer to using tree fern yo using gritty mix. My ideal combo is 40 percent tree fern, 40 percent coco coir, 20 percent perlite or pumice. In my conditions this gives the right mix of well draining and moisture retaining.
Thank you for Sharing beautiful House Plants
Thank you so much, Iâm glad you enjoyed it:
that green dress is so nice đđđ
Thank you!!!!

What was the name of the tree fern fiber you get off Amazon?
The brand is Feenwood and the product name is New Zealand Tree Fern Soft Tropical substrate
My son's are autistic and my oldest gets mad at me when I get more plants because he says I have to many.
The honesty is unmatched!đ
