its essentially the gloom buff for classes with continual dmg, buff all dmg that follows so even primary/pets get bonus dmg while dots are active on the target.

insane set, even tho the 25% max crit disappear very quickly. I maxed my chance to get it by playing with bile+torment+fire build (also have 17% base crit chance, so torment triggers very often too).

I normally run 4 flagellant + 2 gloom. This will sure substitute the 2 pieces of gloom. Maybe 2 flagellant + 4 of this set

Hi. Can you help me to understand more about critical damage. Why is it in percentage and does it really matter to have armor penetration higher so as to get to critical damage bonus, as i already have 30% critical damage and most of time have more that 30% CHC with the set items as in the video. But my damage doesn't seem to have increase 😢

Definitely 2 pieces will be strong for Necro, 4 pieces will have to test and see works best with what builds.

What’s the different between continual dmg and dot what is dot what is continual skill.

Damage over time, are effects that stay on enemies even after you stop fighting them, Like Fire, Bleed and Poison. Continual Damage is where you skill last for few seconds, hitting enemies, Like wizard Arcane wing tornado.

IMO wiz need more single target damage, and the new 4 set piece doesn’t help much. I’d still run with 4 grace 2 of these unless doing challenge rift

Wizard does lack single target damage, just keep getting stronger for killing trash monsters lol

Wizard is an AoE class, for the most part. A squishy AoE machine.
If you want single target, go necromancer. Plus, they're way better at taking damage.

now make your 10 stacks and look at your character sheet. Unless it's a display bug you won't exceed 36% with the base 17%

This Set is busted on necro, when paired with the right items you can easily have a 200k dmg hit
