I don't use teleport, i use disintegrate with fiery shoulders. Great to freeze not only with arcane wind, but freezing with disintegrate. I am having fun, although still have some problems with over reso tempests, and the barbarian with that capture skill. Only at 3200 res. I have great results in bg.

Great tier list but I don't agree with necromancer. I play support/ control necro in pvp and tempest cannot be keept in place and being a range class you die really fast. Are you thinking of another build when talking about necro?

That’s a terrible gem. Easy to avoid, doesn’t do a lot of damage and dash out is simple as it won’t follow after that

Im using same build but with desintegrate on your back shoulder essence, reduced damage on desintegrate on pants, increase range desintegrate on main weapon. no slow time head, instead invisibility on teleport. Works really good against tempest, at least you can do some damage and survive a bit better with reduced damage
