One of my 3 favourite Canadian Bands. Lost Together, Try, Diamond Mine... So many great songs. Such a great Singer/Songwriter duo.
I live in Halifax and saw them a few times, last in early 2000's and it was one of my top five concerts!
Blue Rodeo are awesome! At their shows, it's evloved where they let the audience sing the opening 2 verses of this song! Legends and MUST SEE live in concert if you can.
Stumbled upon this! I first saw Blue Rodeo when I was about 8 years old at my local fair, before they got recognition. I’m celebrating my 45th birthday in 3 days! Great band! Thanks for spotlighting them!
I'm a Canadian who moved to the US in 2000. I was a big fan of Blue Rodeo before I moved down and got my American wife hooked on them too. We were back in Canada visiting family in 2011 and went to see Blue Rodeo in concert at an arena with about 12,000 other people for $100 US per ticket. A month after we got home we saw an ad that they were playing in a club in St Louis for a $15 US cover. One of my favorite bands. Later we went to NC and saw them in a small venue (about 100 people) for $25 US.
As a Canadian i would kill to see chris stapleton come up here and collaborate with these guys. Sadly I don't see it happening

Blue Rodeo are amazing. They have two lead singers. Depending on which song you listen to , the voice will be quite different. This was Greg Keelor on this particular song. Jim Cuddy is the other lead singer. A much smoother voice. Would love to see you react to Jim singing "One Light Left In Heaven" (from Live At The Woodshed)

Check out Five days in May ,Trust Yourself ,Bad Timing ,Try,Till i am am myself and It Could Happen To You.Those are all sung by the other singer Jim Cuddy.He has a much better voice.Lost Together is another great song sung by Greg Keelor though.
This is a much removed from the original version aka 25yrs ago. Of you listen to the album version or a live from a few years ago "with the pedal steel" lol its alot better
