I testify as an expert witness in court and arbitration cases. An insurance case where the value of a house that burned down was at issue. I was the expert witness for the homeowner. The attorneys for the insurance company used evidence of value similar to the evidence used by Judge Engoron. The arbitrator accepted my evidence of value. The homeowner then filed a lawsuit against the insurance company and won punitive damages in addition to the actual damages that he was awarded in arbitration. In my opinion President Trump is owed punitive damages in addition to actual damages.

I never heard what the interest rate he got on his loans and how much lower they were than the going interest rates. The judge in the case decided on the value of his properties and the only property value of trumps that was released to the public what's Mar-A-Lago. Trump Tower was mentioned once Lego figures as to high. No documentation does the judges estimate value of New York properties. If the judges value was documented and legally accepted, send the state of New York will be legally required to reimburse him the taxes he overpaid to New York tax department.
