Right side doesn't charge properly. Like I put it in the case and for a few seconds it keeps the led on, then the led just turns off and it doesn't charge anymore. I don't have this problem with the left side and I tried everything (from making sure that they're clean to reset them) idk what to do anymore, it's been only a few months since I got them
Try to discharge the battery from the right earbud totally until 0% and then try to recharge. If fail, contact the reseller
I get the product yesterday. I have some issues at the same side. The left side has no response. Only the right side has a light but I can not see the device in Bluetooth list. I think the device is not working. What do you think?

Dear sir, the problem I have with this model is that they are not synchronized with each other (L) and (R), and when I want to pair from the cell phone, it takes it as two independent devices, not both at the same time. a single unit. Hi, I have an issue with the left one. The light on it is on while its in the charging case but as soon as I take it out there is no light on it. I tried unparing from all devices and reset but it didn't help. Do you have any advice on what should I try next? Thank you

Weird question, but, if I was to want to pair up 2 dufferent buds (same model, Redmi Buds 3 lite) that were orihinally from different pairs, how could I make them work together?
So far I have not found the steps to do it
I’m facing some problem. I got this redmi buds and if I try to hold them for 5 seconds nothing happens. I’m not sure if I have to charge it.
2. I always cannot connect to it and it always says make sure it’s turned on and in range even when it is.
3. I don’t know how I’m supposed to see how much charge it has it only shows “forget this device” option.
Most smartphones should have a battery widget to add to your home screen. I have one for my iphone.
Besides that…. Try to drain the battery until 0% and recharge back to 100%
See if this helps to rectify the issues

Ive had a few of these and theyre usually good. This one that i got last week makes the connction sounds in both ears then only get sound when playing something theougu one ear. Tried the 15s reset and reconnection amd stoll doesnt work :( only wakts to connect to 1 at a time - any ideas?

I have a problem when I turn off my phone screen will a apps thet use audio (like Spotify and CZcams) is open when I turn on my phone the ear buds make a blup sound you know how and how to fix it
Try to drain the battery til 0.. recharge them back to 100% and see if the sound is still there.

For connection… it happens sometimes. Just need to clean the connection points once in a while to remove dust and dirt

I have a problem with the right bud, it doesn't charge at all unlike the left bud it lights up and the light is steady, one night When i turn off the light in my room i can see a small bit of light from the right bud, the light i see blink fast. Hope you can help me.

I have problem with the left side, the indicator light won't turn on and I also can't charge the left bud because the indicator off. When I'm trying to connect it to my phone, it doesn't detected the left side and only the right side.

Hello dear sir, I’m not sure why but when I try to disconnect and put my earbuds back in the case, it still is connected to my device even though I closed the lid. If ever I’m not connected, the earbuds would keep trying to connect even if its in the case. What so I do?
This is quite a common issue after using the earbuds for some time. There are two things to do:
1) manually disconnect the earbuds from the Bluetooth menu
2) press the earbuds slightly deeper into the charging case so that they will automatically disconnect
My lights just light up randomly like in a bit(idk if they are charging)
If it is new… contact reseller and ask for replacement

I don't understand I did everything the right one I charged it for 20-30 minutes (charged them together) still nothing and it also doesn't want to blink but the other one works perfectly I've had them for 1 year and 3 months. I tried resetting, cleaning it did everything still nothing.i think its a parring problem.
Hmmmmm… I understand your frustration. Did you try to drain the battery for the right earbud until 0% and then recharge to 100%?
Try that and then see if it helps.

Did you try to clean the charging points on the bud which cannot charge?
Also, apply a bit more strength, press it slightly deeper into the case to make sure the bud and case has proper connection to start charging.
Besides that, make sure your charging case has sufficient battery life to recharge the earbuds

Hi thank you for this great video. I have a problem with my EarPods as well. When I took left and right EarPods out of the charger the left one starts to blink immediately and the right one doesn’t lit up. When I put the right one to the charging case, it lights up back. So basically, I can only see the light of right one if I put it to charging case and it doesn’t connect to Bluetooth although left one connects successfully. Looking forward for your reply 🎉

It is charged.They wont turn on unless i plug them in tu turn them on even if they are charged.Every time i have to plug them in to turn them on!
