Hi, please help. I restarted it but still doesn't work together. Just the right one work. I restarted only left one and right one i pit it back in case. Then i turned on bloototh and work left one but wen i take out right one, left stil dont work and start again right one working. ( When R one work i can hear from L one sound wen connecting thic "click" but music or video's soun dont come to left one)

i had the same problem, if only one side is working at a time or both earbuds are not pairing try this method. to get both redmi earbuds 3 lite working.
Reset: put both earbuds in case and press both earbuds for 5 seconds to reset. this will reset. now for pairing both earbuds incase they are not synced then follow next step.
Syncing : take out both earbuds and don't connect to any bluetooth. now press multi-function button 8 times simultaneously on both earbuds. this will sync both earbuds. now pair to ur phone it should work. Mine worked finally. this method is for "Redmi Earbuds 3 Lite"

FOR THOSE WHO HAVE TRIED TO HARD RESET BUDS BUT DIDN'T WORK!
Follow the below instructions (probability of efficiency is 97%):
1. Unpair the buds from all of your devices and if possible remove them from the history of your device;
2. The second step is to hard reset the buds to factory settings. Repeat the same instruction: 1- place budds on the case; 2 - hold the touch sensor for 5-10 seconds until the buds lead blink and remain steady.
3. Take the buds out of the case hold the touch sensors for 10-20secs and tap both until you see that their LED indicators are synced.
4. Connect them to your devices and enjoy.
