Wish you were in Texas, have a 1935 house which needs serious updating. Just re-wired the whole place, wiring looked like that black and brown stuff from the 50's or 60's. No a/c or anything, it was built to have natural air flow from the front to the rear and use propane furnaces during winter. Furnaces aren't there but original piping for the propane is (probably also from the 60's).
Man, all these houses you're showing are all decked out. Too bad you're out there north of Seattle. I'm down in Portland and starting to think about this now, myself (past summer of course 😅).
