    Nice flash Chris ! Why don't you add in your video the time of the shoot on the 5th gear because as you said sometime hp gain seemed low but the bike is really different as the air/fuel ratio is in another world 😜.. and the greatest difference is how the bike accelerate waooo yeeaaahhhh..

    Helps a lot that start up sucks on my r6 but sometimes still hesitant when I come to a stop 🤔 probably need to get my ecu flashed awesome video as always keep it up🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

    Question: to become an independent tuner for street bikes, would i need to either , Go to a school or course to study to get the qualification ? or could i potentially teach myself, If i brought my own dyno and used my own bike...??

    More mafia...im soon to be getting a bike,looking at GSXR 600/750 or R6,some people telling me the torque low and mid is shit,is it really that less than a GSXR 600? Is it that noticeable? Love the look of the R6 and want a street bike,hacking about my town ect snd B rounds,is there a big difference between the R6 and the GSXR 600 on the 2008 plate? Thank you

    I have same case with my 2013 R6 with 14k in Odo, cat deleted with GYTR Slip on and getting ECU flash and tune in next 2 days. Hope it will come out good 🤗.

      I'd like my DL677 on it. Mine has a Bazzaz unit on it. Stock map seems to run better than the Bazzaz map. And featured in YT! Only $60 for 3 runs and A/F. Local place wants $100.

    Chris one q if you can... You didnt bother with the adjustable stucks or we didnt saw it... Did you check if the stucks work correct? Cuz there was some issues with theses shits... And if you change them with standard length stucks what will happen?

    My 2007 Yamaha R6 had an air box clean up kit ... Opening everything up and taking away all the emissions and a cat delete with stock muffler and I made 116? I thought that tec would make more hp but I haven't kept up with everything just seems low...
    I am not sure if he did anything with the air box but if not he should there is so much rectiction in that thing

    You mentioned sending mine in to you for flashing... i have an 04 and as far as i know it has only had the exhaust modified... anything else is a guess...

      This is not the real thing what an R6 can do!
      IDK why he gets only 109 HP from 2014 model!
      It has 122 HP!
      R6 2006-2007 has 125,3 HP
      R6 2008-2009 has 127.3 HP
      R6 2010-2016 has 122 HP
      R6 2017-2020 has 116.8 HP
      All these at 14500 RPM!

    Idk if this question has been asked, but how come the power ratings on the 600cc modern sport bikes are rated at 120 ish hp, but the Dyno in these Videos shows 100-110hp. Is the hp rating crank hp around 120 and whp 100-110?

    I'm curious if you ever dug deeper into the R6 and figured out a solution to the twitchy throttle when rolling on and off? My R6 also is running Woolich software so I have full access to the ECU including the ETV tables and ignition timing. Any pointers? Maybe if it's possible we can do a remote tuning session?

    Hey man, so I just bought a stock 09 R1 with only 6k miles. I haven’t got a exhaust for it yet but just wanted to get your opinion on full exhaust vs slip on and could you flash my ecu? And if I should flash my ecu before or after my exhaust. Also, can you change stuff as like, when the radiator fans come on?? Thanks in advance!

      165 is overkill. Unless your on a drag strip lol... no way your putting all that to the ground .. 1000 cc only beat the 600 in low end torque and overhead speed... I'd take a 6 all day over a 1k... 1k will get you killed quick.. so will a 6 but you get my drift

      For what purpose? If you weight 170+ yeah a 1000 is good people never factor road geometry or bike geometry suspension then later on questions why they crash or they just quit riding or fight the motorcycle..

      YZFR 600 Thundercat didnt need this rubbish. It was such a good bike it was a preferred engine for heavy sidecar due to it's high mid range torque.

    Just bought an 2011 r6.. it runs just fine but..
    - the fan is always on
    - check engine on
    - error code 43
    - fuel pump don't stop priming
    I think they did something to the ECU.. any idea with these symptoms?

    Is it not normal practice for everyone else to warm your bike up before riding? I heard you saying about the R6 bikes not liking to run cold, but I always warm my bike up until cold idle drops before I take off anyway and thought that was standard for most riders.

      Tbh as long as you do the proper break in and change oil more often than not.... these motors are meant to be dogged out bruh... if the bike cost 10k.. 7.5 is the motor cost lol

      Change the plugs, change or have the injectors cleaned and maybe drain the tank with fuel from a different gas station. Could have some bad fuel it happens

      Mike Villalta No you will not. Unless you really want to fine tune the fueling then you can leave the PC on and do auto tune or have it tuned that way. I would find a reputable shop in your area that can do an ECU flash dyno tune or do Bauce racing. They are considered the best in the game for R6 flashes as they have a TON of dyno time and recourses into developing all their different flash options. But I’m sure the Moore Mafia flash is good too.

    So why is the R6 said to be faster than a 636? The 636 tuned made 123hp where as the R6 tuned only made 109hp....

      because it says yamaha, also the suzuki has a smoother power and torque curve which is better than 3 or 5 more hp when it comes to not lossing the rear tire grip

      Yamaha is a track bike not made a straight line drag bike but it will take most any 600 on the track.

    amazing video! i just got my r6 has a slip on and seller said the ECU has been flashed. it currently idles at 2k rpms the seller said that's normal its running rich because of ECU flash. is this true or the seller full of shit? hope you can help! either way I appreciate all the videos cheers

      I agree.. I have a 2010 R6 and had a 08 cbr600rr. And I will admit my R6 sucks on the road, but not due to lack of power, but because it's not a bike that was designed for the road.

      Y'all stay crying. Kawi is killing Yamaha and Honda. Kawasaki and Suzuki will do what ever it takes like making a 636cc or 750cc instead of a 599cc. That's the difference between Them. Honda and Yamaha are complacent. Kawi and Suzuki are Warriors for the customer earning respect on the roads. Not just for the track like Yamaha.

    how do you guys account for the ram air intake? (like when the bike is at a standstill vs on the road getting air pushed into the airbox)

      My 2014 on extension blocks and stock tune ran 7.0 1/8 11.0 1/4 with a 220lb rider

      Philip Murriel leave high in rpm, I always left around 14,000 so it wouldn’t dip too far out of the power band while slipping the clutch. It’s a fun bike to race

      That is rated at the CRANKSHAFT, not the tire.

      @@nourhafez5290 he means horsepower to the ENGINE itself vs how much horsepower to the WHEELS. Meaning yes the bike can make 125hp to the engine but when exerted to the wheels on the road it will only push 109
