Used to watch Khana Khazana on TV long ago and I was so inspired by Sanjeev Kapoor... he was one of the triggers for me discovering a keen love for cooking.
In recent years however, I find in some of these videos that he makes, there's a certain absent mindedness that's taken over him. He sort of aimlessly fiddles around like he's trying to search for or remember something. Some of his words are somewhat redundant just used to fill the silence for no apparent reason. A cook demonstrating a recipe doesn't have to talk all the time Sanjeevji... please chill and show us your culinary prowess instead.
