    Owner bought this project car from a guy who had it garaged for over 10 years and picked it up for just $5,000. They did full body-off restoration.

    Great job! Im 51 and im restoring a 1970 myself, my Dad gave me a 70 when i was in high school and iv'e been hooked ever since! Nothing better than a father and son building a hot rod (and memories) thatll last a life time! Thanks for the video.

    My first car my dad help me restore was 70 it will mean even more to you when you get older cherish all the moments you spent together . Im lucky enough to be spending time with my mom and dad now time is precious

    Hello I'm 60 my first car was a 74 Nova and my last car is a 74 Nova I been working on it for 5 years come a long way but still need to do more like a new rear end sway bars ext not I'm old and can't do like I used to do but it drivable looks good I will get it done good job on your car

      I appreciate you because I just purchased a 72 Nova to replace the Nova that I sold my dad gave me me and my dad just bought a 72 Nova with a 502 Big Block from St Louis Missouri I appreciate you guys I like your video God bless you have a Merry Christmas to you and your dad

    I bought a new 1970 Nova SS that same year I was stationed in USNAS Cubi Point in the Philippines. Sold it the same price I bought it when I got transferred back to the states. I regret it for selling it.

    Can you tell me what headers those are? I cannot find any long tubes that fit. Even the Headman 'Direct fits' hit the steering box

    Filling trim holes in body panels with plastic filler is not a good example of body work.

      It will be important when you start seeing little rings down the side of where the holes were.

      Well, I do agree with you, I think the small block was the next best thing by far.
