I am 100 % sure that there are only three good reboots on the Internet that I have seen. The DuckTales reboot, 2011 thunder cats and 2012 TMNT.

@@moro2485 Yeah I didn't really like his personality at first but he was pretty bad ass at times. It had its flaws but it's a good show at best. Would've called it decent or okay but the animation made it rank 'good' in my opinion.

I thought about "what if I made a Bakugan reboot"
and to make a long story short
I would make it similar to the og, but also different enough to feel original (I even pull some ideas from the first videogame, mainly the 2 original Bakugan from that game, Leonidas and Vladitor)

I totally have to agree the reboots were a mistake nobody asked for a reboot in the first place. They shouldâve let Bakugan alone along time ago and leave it as it was or at least have the series return for a season five of the original series these reboots are complete failures and pacifically their reboot Dans are colossal failures.

The ds and wii bakugan battle brawlers game was peak and for some reason the MC bakugan you get in that game Leonidas which is a better dragonoid was not made into a toy until close to the end of the first reboot

I have not watched the first one but the second was peak at season 2 (fusion + bakugear/gun (get it before nearly losing) + many difrent Bakugan used for battle and not the same 4) after that it became trash said nicely
The thirt one is okay as now but Dragos base design is nah but the game map idea is cool but could used better (not just losing when you get a power up + treaps could be used more and not just in the first episode) but the Gold, Titanium and Fusion Mode is cool. Think the only thing holding it back are the 10 min episode mark so battle feel to short (what is strange because second one was good at that). And like that Dan isn't the goat feels lame after 2 series but would like if he, became the goat on longterm

Not to mention, G2 gets runaway ideas every season like they donât even know what ideas to do with the main rival when literally they didnât want to replace him. G1 always replace the old rival for Dan to get a new rival. But in G2, the main rifle madness he doesnât. Heâs only good in one season as a rival, but the rest of him for the rest of the series they basically have ideas for him they didnât want to replace him, but I wish they did and basically he barely got any character development and heâs poorly written and heâs basically the biggest jerk a hole in the entire series this is not how you develop a character and Magnus in the entire franchise. Heâs the worst rival ever.

I didnt really like the way they fight in the bakugan reboots or at least if the show had looked like the original it would have been ok but nope
You dodged a bullet, because I have seen all of the first reboot and the some of the 2023 one, both are terrible shows.
I was recollecting when these shows first came out, and while the toys were excellent and were close to Bakutech quality, the shows were not it. I would still rrcommend the orignal series for kids
I'm glad some new gen folks got to experience Bakugan through the toys, because the last 4-5 years Spinmaster has made crazy bank from the first reboot, and I'm kind of glad that it came back one last time, but ultimately it can't out compete Beyblade or Yugioh, the 2023 reboot is out and sales have declined.
I have to agree with this. Even in the standards for kids show the first reboot anime is very much underwhelming mediocrity. Second for most part is extremely ugly and bad. Toys for first reboot is good but second reboot is nah. that was not it.
Show looks ugly as fuck. I do say premise had for second reboot was not bad and good but failed on it.

I am not suprised by drop quality bc og was not that great especially comparing to beyblade and yugioh. Battle planet was okay start but rest downhill drop. I heard and seen that spin master was messing around. Either way it miracle is alive.
i've watched G2 on Roblox through the Bakugan Battle League game. and then it got deleted so that Gamefam's Bakugan game can release in it's place. and it's a boring reskin of Weapon Fighting Simulator instead of something cool like the Wii game
and i am still pissed that Battle League is deleted in favor of Bakugan Brawl Simulator

If they want to do a Bakugan reboot, keep the original tone and main six characters. Don't make the shit posts with awful designs, characterizations, mechanics and story.

My main question is why do they keep calling the protagonist "Dan"?
Beyblade didn't name everyone Tyson
Yugioh didn't name everyone Yugi (and that would still have made WAY more sense than this)
Digimon doesn't call everyone Tai
Even Pokemon when they changed protag's didn't name them Ash again
And let's be real here Dan was nowhere on those guys levels(except probably Tyson's) of iconicness to justify not just giving the protagonist a new name, Drgonoid is a species at least so they could still keep him. but also they should probably swap him out to better promote other Bakugan so they don't get a direct comparison
Brand recognition. Also, Yugioh had it's first few shows be sequels. New protagonist in Pokemon is also meant to be in the same universe as the older seasons. Of course all of them would not have the same name as the previous protag

Yeah, I agree, but I still loved the concept of Bakugan! With all of the different factions they introduced throughout the series, it was so cool to and all of the interactions that they had together, too! It was all so nice to see, then it all went downhill with the last seasons of G1 Bakugan, and I hated the ending, no wonder Japan dropped out of airing it, it was so boring! The show went from good to great, and then straight to awful by the end, it was all over, plus Beyblade, Pokemon and Digimon were eating up their market, they couldn't keep it going, they just couldn't keep it up with managing the sales for all of the toys that they were making, both Spin Master and Sega, they weren't making enough money in Japan, which led to low sales due to the excess amount of toys still on the shelves in stores, by the time they finished making more due to lack of sales and the show just having fundamentally terrible ratings, too, they had lost half of what they when the series first started airing, bro! Their ratings sank like a rock, man! Come on, y'all!

@@yuukihollow The classic series is not that great too. I grew up with it. I was/am a fan of it. But there lots of narrative choices that aged poorly (like the s1 girls being tossed aside on the following seasons) or weren't very well explored. The reboots aren't that great, yeah, but they have a cohesive narrative and fix various problems that the classic series had. An example that comes to mind is that the Bakugan partners don't change every season just to sell toys. If they do, there's an explanation for it. The 2nd reboot is a step on the right direction when it comes to the anime.
But people don't give it a chance. They'd rather make shallow videos bashing on the newer stuff just for fun.

What do you expect from Cartoon Network? They throw away all their action cartoons for cheesy comedy since 2013 plus the third Bakugan series. They barely got involved with because it was transferred to Disney XD I donât know why they keep rebooting when theyâre reboots are not very good as the original OG, Dan and Drago are the best, but they reboot counterparts are not very good itâs like these reboots just to piss off the original fans iâm hoping next time they bring back the original series with better animation and to make a sequel series

When we wanted a continuity of Bakugan, we mean the continuity of the original series not a reboot G2 just do repeats of their previous seasons and poorly written characters and G3 just became a Beyblade knock off not even their Dan kusoâs canât make up for that while G1 was promoted. The rest of the generations wouldnât when we wanted a new series we mean a continue sequel series.
