    He seems to be in a great shape, looks more explosive than some 20 year old PF/C

    Time machine game for KG... When was the last time he had a double double?

    Cheers for the kg highlights man...he had a great game! Resting him like Jason Kidd done last year was never the best thing for kg! Yeah he's old but he can still play big minutes like he did in this game...I hope they continue to give him decent minutes even when brook Lopez comes back. My favourite player of all time!

    KG got something left in tank. He's no offensive liability. Great find in Hollins to showcase that Garnett can still get it done. Hope KG can turn back time for the remaining of the season and show that Tim Duncan isn't the only power forward who can still average a double double late in his career

    Garnett was still good in Brooklyn but his heart was still in Boston.

    • @Amjbmcg
      @Amjbmcg Před 9 lety

      ***** He does to the educated. What you got? Kobetard reasoning? I think so. "OOooo rings, wins and all things that are team efforts".

    • @hardwoodthought1213
      @hardwoodthought1213 Před 9 lety +1

      ***** No, I don't. 2003, the team is pretty average (Robinson 8 PPG, Manu/Parker were sophmoores, no impact). Duncan carried the team through the playoffs to a title, averaging 27/17/5/5/1.
      He was the man for 4 rings (I am no Kobe fan, he was the best player for 1 title). He is a better interior defender than KG, better post player, scorer, leader, rebounder. Bill Simmons, a huge KG fan said it best when he said the arguments about KG winning if he had Duncan's teams are bullshit. Duncan raised his game when it counted. KG is next to Malone and Hayes/Ewing as one of the least clutch bigs ever. He couldn't assert himself in the post, and so like those 3 settled for 18 footers. Missing the playoffs 3 straight seasons doesn't impress me. Being a role player for your first 3 years and last 4 isn't good. Duncan has been great from the day he joined the league until now.
      So, educated....

    • @Amjbmcg
      @Amjbmcg Před 9 lety +1

      ***** I didn't say you were a Kobetard, I said you will use Kobetard logic. And you have. Poppovich is the greatest coach ever, something that all fanboys do, is discredit all of the help of their love. So 03' you got Poppovich, Bowen is a top 5 perimeter defender to ever live, he was unbelievable, so many great athletes today, I don't know how his on-ball suffocation was so good, he was like glue to his opponent. Robinson, amazing role player. His team was better than the other teams, he went through a shitty Denver or Portland team, Kobe trying to be the man and being shit and his TEAMMATES sorting out the Lakers, he doesn't have Kobe shooting bricks, he doesn't guard Shaq, he's not the one shooting, which has nothing to do with Duncan, a Mavs team? Standard and then a shockingly shit Nets team.
      4 rings as the man? How pathetic. Right so I have seen Duncan miss a clutch layup in the 13 finals, 03, worse layup in 06 vs Mavs game 7 and 2 more, I can't give 5 choke jobs by any other PF at the end of the game, and when you compare elimination production, Duncan is not special. Shoots 46% in elimination with the best teammates of all time (along with players who played for 60's/80's Celtics and the 80's Lakers). Duncan is no clutch master, no way .. and EVERY SINGLE SECOND MATTERS. Can't believe Malone gets this bullshit ... you can't always find everything you want .. but I've seen Duncan miss 4 late game LAY UPS .... L.A.Y U.P.S!!! But again, instead of asking you to look for Duncan's choke jobs, realise that the whole game matters.
      Duncan joined an all time great because of luck, when came into the league. Garnett has been a role player for ONE year averaging 14rpg in the 2013 playoffs and doing what he does. 2012 he anchored the best defense in the league and was more productive than Duncan. When your coach and team do everything for you, you are never going to be a role player. Duncan has to use no energy and his team is the deepest ever. I don't care about anything to do with the team performance, we are talking about INDIVIDUALS.
      So missed playoffs - Garnett was leading the league in boards, playing DPOY defense, despite having all time shit teammates was scoring and playing greater offense than Duncan in those years.
      Garnett was better than Duncan 05 through 07 in the regular season.
      And Garnett is the best leader ever, his teammates adore him. Duncan has an essence of Kareem to him, which is awful, uncomfortable situations, he didn't speak to the 2 Europeans Manu and Tony did he for a stretch? Wtf is up with that.
      So Garnett was being like the best teammate in the league, with unknown shitty teammates and coach, and producing to a greater extent than Duncan. So again, quit with the team performance. Kobetard logic is within all dumbasses.
      This isn't my case, this is telling you how shit you are.
