Hi, I tried making this recipe. I made the mango gelee insert and it went okay, but something went wrong with my mousse. I looked up a different recipe for it. Also I used lemon cookies and freshly shredded coconut in my base, so that gave it some very interesting flavours.
Question: Can you share gram measurements for the mango/ mango puree being used? Mangos can be of so many different sizes.
