Land Rover Range Rover Air Suspension diagnosis

2004 Landrover Rangerover 4.4 V8 Air-Suspension diagnosis. Problem was a stuck open air relief valve, direct after the compressor.
This Car Needs a new Compressor + Air relief Valve!

Hey there, great video! The cooling issue looks to be a thermostat stuck in the "closed"' position. The thermostats are set to a specific temperature ( normally 89 c ), and are left closed when the engine coolant is cold to block off the coolant to pass through the engine block. This is to warm up the engine quickly from cold. If the thermostat was stuck in the "open position", it would take a fairly long time for the engine/coolant to warm up to the optimum temperature. Thermostats are fairly inexpensive to replace :)

The Cooling Radiator is clogged up! As you can see in the Video, one hose from the Radiator is hot as hell, the other is cold and no pressure. Sorry, this Video is a bit sh*t :) but thanks for asking! Matthias

these v8 engines run hot on tick over when you drive the temp will drop !! doors must be closed to operate air suspension the correct highway height from center of wheel to lip on guard front 495mm rear 485 close if compressor is working should move up to correct height within a minute hope this helps
