REMINDER AGAIN! the footage of the step around 5:20 was corrupted so I couldn’t show, but after arranging the strawberries, pour the lemon jelly half way up and refrigerate for 30 min FIRST, then pour the remaining lemon jelly to cover all the strawberries!

correct I didn’t use those spring pans so what I did was I gently pulled the parchment paper up with both hands cause the cake was stuck on it and thank goodness it didn’t fall 😆 so I risked it all to get it out of the pan
