Annie is always so elegant, well spoken, polite and seems generally well educated and intelligent. She's a kickass guitarist, an awesome musician and so beautiful that it hurts. That woman is 32 years old and looks not a day older than 24.
Sometimes I wish I would have never heard about St. Vincent - how should I ever feel attracted to a normal woman again knowing that she will never be even 10% as awesome as Annie Clark?

I love how she is stating all the things her and her friends did and she's just like "yea so what like every young teenager does" and it's total badass stuff. I have never done any of those things, the most badass thing I have ever done was call a girl a brat at recess when I was in elementary school!!! Haha I'm so lame!

After all these years -- corroboration from the horse's mouth! I've always *suspected* that the half-blitzed, big-eyed skinny chick hiding from the po-leese in the next clump of bushes over from me and my friends in Zilker Park that particularly crazy summer night in '94 was a very young Annie Clark. I was wearing my lucky Allman Bros. "Eat A Peach" t-shirt at the time, which magically conferred invisibility on me (unless I threw up on it), so I easily eluded the long arm of the law. Nowadays, of course, the pigs would just hose down the bushes and plant gunz 'n' drugz on our bullet-riddled criminal corpses to make it look kosher. Cheers.
