I have spent two house trying to find a way on this system to synk dmx video and audio preprograming the song with this. Hoping its a better system that chauvet show express. NO ONE covers this. I just want to be able to program the lights to a song and hit play not hire a video and lighting and audio guys for all of this. For our 50 person theater it cant happen. Can I play SFX? Can i play video of a entire sound with audio and have the dmx pre programed.

Are you running MagicHD and MagicQ on seperate computers? When seperate this is likely to be an IP addressing issue. Please contact our support team for further help on this. support@chamsys.co.uk

@@applethefruit3947 Hey! Just in case you hadn't figured it out or for anyone else struggling with this - I also had this problem and was pulling my hair out trying to fix it. What made it work for me in the end was opening the standalone MagicHD application and going into the "media" drop down menu and clicking "Rebuild index" and "Rebuild thumbnails." The media and thumbnails should now appear in your media window on MagicQ:)
Is magic HD used just with mapping projectors ?
Or with any moving light?
D you need a lato to send the vieo to a led screen or just hdmi port?
MagicHD is designed to output from the HDMI port of your PC system only.

Chroma key mask available? For using green screen video materials?
Yes, this is available under Key per each layer.
Why on me there's no thumbnails and all of the video doesn't work. Do you have any solution?

I can't play any Video in the media File. I copy the mp4 Video in the Media Folder then i can't find the Video in the Programm
Media should be loaded via using the Media player menu > Load medio option. This way the thumb etc is generated.
When you say, go ahead and patch it, you dont how what you did.
The patching process happens at 30seconds in to 50 seconds and is shown in the video itself.
