  • In this tutorial i'll demonstrate more tools that MagicVis offers to the user.
They will be very useful when not only pre-programming, also using live and need to preview various Playbacks or prepare something in the background.

Oh thats so useful. There have been many times where I am not entirely certain what the next cue is - and this certainly avoids surprises. Kudos for integrating the desk and viz so successfully. Better than anyone else I think.

Currently you can only send video stream from MagicHD player. When patched.
you can add in MagicVis object, FORM and change it's structure to SHEET - in texture column type "mp1" (withouth "") and then that SHEET will be playing videos from MagicHD - immitating LED screen

@@Jalqui1991 depends on level of operator’s skills, what desk needs to control, how many universes and what operator would expect the desk need to be able to do.
The qq is a good console, useful when easy control is ideal and it will be controlled by punters, students or those who doesn’t know much about lighting control.
If its a user of other platforms, needs channel mode control, pixelmapping, more than 4 universes, advance functionality from a controller - then mq70 would be a better choice. Price difference between those 2 products also plays a key factor on user’s choice. For me - i prefer mq70. But there are some cases where qq is much much easier choice and would suit better
