Finally I found someone saying Timmur instead of Sichuan pepper 🙏 You can find Timmur in Nepal. And Timmur Chop( छोप) if you are fond of dry powder chutney.
It means it's really Sichuan peper corn ??( Means is this same as it??)
@@Nimeshbahuguna yes it is. Most commonly found are dark colored timmur because its widely used and more popular. Green timmur are less consumed coz people with asthma finds it difficult for breathing. But you can get it pahadi village area. It goes very well with sesame chutney and good for tadka on dal. Good chutney for Mo:Mo too.
