Amazing. 95 years old and still independently walking (without assistance). A testament to clean air and a simple lifestyle. 🙌
And she's totally 100% there mentally! Absolutely amazing.
The West could learn a thing or two from our Italian (and European) counterparts!
Oh my god Alessio’s grandmother is SO beautiful. I loved the old photos of her in Venezia! He really takes after his grandmother. ❤

I love that Alessio looks so happy and content, living his best life back home with his beautiful amore, truly never a happier man
This was so beautiful. It made me emotional to see two young people in love and experiencing life to the fullest. I must say that Jessi is a beautiful woman in that she is feminine and obviously loves her man and that Alessio adores her.
As a divorced old guy (59 years old) you give me hope for the future. Molto bene!
Alessio looks so happy when he’s home. It’s so lovely to see.
Much love from the United States. We have much to learn. Thank you for reminders of the important things in life. Have a great day!

Guys I'm in Friuli! This region is very underrated and it's gorgeous! We got stunning mountains, seaside, hillside, countryside, canyons, rivers and creeks, ancient woods, plenty of historical sites, great food... you name it!
Jessie is a ray of sunshine and gorgeous human. ❤ this couple.
Idyllic life-live in a village in rural Italy and remote working from home. Day trips to the cities. Family nearby. Best. Life. Ever.❤
Small towns & villages are the best. When I vacation in Europe I always go for the small places over the cities. And always travel by train. Thanks for sharing.
Italy is my dream land ❤
Everytime I watch one of your Friuli videos I keep waiting to see someone I know in the background. And then I hear the friulan dialect and I'm happy.
I love the peacefulness of the mornings❤❤ the flowers were amazing
the best time the day
This video reminds me of what people like to call "Americana". Harkens back to a simpler way of life where plugging in was the exception and not the rule. A wonderful slice of heaven you have there.
Please do more videos like that, it was beautiful!
We visited Italy last summer and it left a mark on me. It feels like home. My dream is to live there part time in retirement. You two are just lovely and I really enjoy your content. ❤
That was a unique edit. I really liked the narration and peaceful feeling you produced.
Yay, thank you sooo much
Very enjoyable. You captured the mood and pace perfectly. Exceptionally well done, thanks.
Glad you enjoyed it! 🙏🏼
Everything is so beautiful and calming. I miss Italy 😢 I am so happy you both are exploring and enjoying and that Jessi is experiencing more of Alessio’s world. His mom and grandmother are lovely. ❤
I loved how you captured the small town feel, food, people, birds, and the lake surrounded by mountains.
This place reminds me of a small town in Northern Greece where I used to stay with my first boyfriend of 10 years and his mother taught me everything about cooking which stays with me today. The small town I used to stay in was so pretty and as natural and untouched as you could get. The most beautiful place and the best food I have ever eaten in my life was very Greek/Sicilian in everything and never a tourist in sight only the backpacker types that travelled through and that’s the way the residents wanted it. Still very sophisticated but so natural and down to earth and the nicest people ever.
The narration is soothing, comfortable and calming and pairs nicely with the visuals. Good job 👍
Beautiful! You have my vote for best CZcams Travel Channel!
Grazie mille Ameslan1 you are the best
You captured the mood and pace perfectly. A beautiful small town full of tranquility and comfort.
Complimenti per la dolcissima nonna!! Meravigliosa!!
Beautiful one hour from my city venezia!
So beautiful and peaceful!
An amazing video of your mom and grandmother. The countryside and village is so laid back and beautiful….love to you both 🤗🤗
Gorgeous, Gorgeous, Gorgeous! What a tranquil little town! Merci for sharing!
I love train travel too! Thank you for another beautiful capture of the slower pace…my blood pressure lowered immediately…blissful!🥰
So beautiful Italy 🇮🇹 is in my heart already.
What a beautiful place. I loved seeing Alessio's beautiful nanno and mom. You can see where he got his good looks.
LOVED the sights and sounds tour!
It's lovely. Slow living in a beautiful village.
How lovely to visits your family - they must miss you . Thanks for sharing 😊
Back to the nature. Wonderful place 🌹and nice people 🌸
I love that you showed every day life and I loved going shopping with you guys at the grocery store!
Alessio's Nona is beautiful and so lively!
Another excellent video and a lovely insight. Typical Grandmother, just like a Polish Babcia, feeding up her family and not eating herself. Amore.
This is so relaxing and beautiful, from us living in hustle and bustle of Milan...trust me I'm lying, even Milan is less stressful than any other big cities we've lived in. The perks of living in Italy is so much thing to enjoy than just working.
milano e' una bellissima città' che ancora le persone non conoscono nella sua potenzialità
Nice , comfortable, soothing narration, well done. 👍
@@ThePasinis exactly, and I'm giving my best try to make some guide video about navigating and enjoying Milan 😉
Please romanising Italy. For a start, young people just cannot get work in Italy. When I mean young, I mean eighteen to thirty year olds. Most Italians families live in small apartments. The country has a lot of problem’s.
I loved this video! I didn’t want it to end ❤️
i love small town italy. i love it.
I don't know how Alessio could leave Italy & go back to the US. I want to leave the US & live in Italy.
Idyllic! Nonna and Mama are beautiful! Enjoy!
I'm happily married in another country but my heart ackes for never having lived something like this. Having an italian boyfriend to call amore, the chance to visit his mom and grandma in Italia and eating their food, exploring their towns, looking at their old pictures, speaking in italian with them, eating pizza at the local pizzerias. You are so lucky! I hope me and my husband will move there one day for at least a month and have our own adventures...
Stumbled upon your channel through TikTok. My grandpas grandparents are originally from Fregona Italy. I love seeing the sites of Italy and seeing this video gives me more of an idea of what it could be like from where my family is from. I hope I can go one day
Wish it was as friendly here in the US. Love all your content. Keep sharing please.
Stunning views! So glad to see your family.!;)
haha alessio's reaction when jessi says she loves trains :D exactly how I feel being swiss anytime a foreigner says they love trains and I'm like yep, do it all the time, nothing special :D
Viva il Friuli ❤
I am so jealous!!! Thank you for sharing all of that!
That was a fantastic video, one of your best in my opinion. Love, love, loved it! 😍👍
Thank you so much 🤗
I would choose here to live! Family, friends and the countryside. It’s beautiful. Y’all look so happy here. In my opinion living anywhere else in Italy, family would still be missing, and that is the missing ingredient in life.
Living vicariously through your wonderful videos.
The one place I'd love to visit is Italy, it has it all, good food, art, architecture, history, scenery etc.
Sadly, I'm not sure I'll ever get there but one can dream xx
Through videos like these one can certainly dream.. I’m dreaming of Italy all the way from The Lebanon even though we have even more beautiful places 🇱🇧
HOWEVER ITALY AND THE LEBANON ARE SISTER COUNTRIES AND SISTERS SHOULD NOT COMPARE EACH OTHER . So instead let me say ( and we have just as Beautiful Places). 🇱🇧
the best pizza in my life was from a tiny seaside town in Calabria like Diamante or Cirella - I it was from a hole in the wall (literally), wood fired, and I believe it only had ham and artichoke on it - but it lives in my memory forever. We were sleeping up in the hills in our kombivan and came down to the village for dinner. Other days we'd enjoy coppa con panna gelati and cream in a village square for passeggiata around sunset when the villagers all dress up to promenade - the young to eye each other and play up, and the old folk to gossip - bel paese - the Italians know how to live.
You are truly an amazing couple and make each other happy . It shines through in all of your videos . And Jessie, I love your smile, your positive atitude and outlook on life. I love it when you buy the pasta with the animal shapes , and Alessio’s 2 second hesitation before he decides to go for it 😂 Stay a kid forever ; young at heart ❤
What a wonderful place! So beautiful and peaceful! It was fun seeing Alessio's mother and grandmother. I can't believe that his grandmother is 95 years old! It was also interesting to see what is offered in the grocery store there - I love going to grocery stores when traveling. Thanks for sharing all of this!
LOVED THIS!!!!!
Pure heaven on earth❤
Absolutely love the pictures of the scenery and the flowers! Thanks for posting! The other showings are also awesome. My best friend was from Italy. I wish I knew which part of Italy. Unfortunately she died of cancer.
nice to see a little bit of Fruili.
I’d know those mountains anywhere. What I really love are the mosaics on the wall. They’re so beautiful. BTW, did I catch Nonna speaking a few words in friulano?
I noticed that,too. 😊
Oh that dessert my grandma use to make it once a month and I am still making it several times a year here in the states and my husbands family loves it .
I agree Alessio looks so much happier in italy
the cinematography is quite spectacular
Mi avete fatto piangere come un vitello!
Absolutely beautiful scenery and while I’ve never had pizza there, the best pizza I e had was in Naples by far! And the pizza and wine and coke cola just hit so different!
6/25. The video was beautiful. My husband and I love to watch you. We noticed Alessio seemed down . He’s always so up and funny. Hope he’s ok. Love you guys!
I noticed that he looked down as well. 😔
Simply marvelous🩵🦋🩵
Love the views
This is a love letter to your home❤️ So touching🥹
Siete stupendi, bello il pezzo dove eravate dalla nonna 😍…. un abbraccio dalla zia! 🥰
I'm from there too (Rivignano Teor UD), but living in Vancouver Canada now, and missing too much this life.
Cured my anxious mind in big city. Thanks
I love Milan city . Fast as well as slow life and great food ! It’s like 30mins drive to Lake como!
I loved your video. I have an apartment in Cortona but of course would love to have a home like where your mother lives. Cortona has been good to my husband and our son. We love Italy and all it offers. I absolutely enjoyed every minute of this Italy and look forward to watching the other videos that I have not seen. Ciao raggazi!!!
beautiful country and beautiful man,,so I like you channel, mahabub from Bangladesh
Looks very nice.
I haven’t posted for a while. We have been in Italy and Spain and we had an incredible time and great food. I love your videos. U2 are adorable!
This is a highly romanticized version of life in small-town Italy. I lived in a small town in Valpolicella, and yes, it was pretty and the food was good. But people watched me from behind their curtains, gossiped about me behind my back, and there was strife and shifting alliances in all the extended families, which are dysfunctional. Finally, life gets very boring in small-town Italy-as it does in small towns everywhere. Young people I knew were desperate to get out. I’m not saying small town Italy is as boring in all its particulars as living in a small town outside of Nashville, but in the end, it’s not so dissimilar. Maybe you enjoy it so much because Alessio’s family lives there and it’s his mom’s house. And he’s been homesick. But he’ll get sick of being there, too. Mark my words. You guys need a good balance of the stimulation of a really great big city and the slowness of small-town or even rural life.
Life in small towns are amazing. I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Only boring people get bored there.
All young people have a sense of adventure but once you actually grow up small towns to live out your life are where it’s at. It’s just sad I guess that young people aren’t taught to value it
@@marishapeters1647 I’m not directing my comment to you; I’m directing it to Jessi and Alessio, who are bored and unstimulated by their life outside Nashville in a small-town environment. At first, they wanted to move to New York City for the stimulation and the fact that the whole world is represented there. But there were obstacles for them. Now they want to move to small-town or rural Italy, and I’m giving them my 2 cents.
Great that you love small-town life so much! I don’t get it, but really, that’s no reason to insult me. You can offer your opinion without telling off other people for their opinion, you know.
What do you mean by strife and shifting alliances?
@@lior38 I mean that the extended family is like a clan. Their bond is stronger than in any friendship. But there’s always in-fighting-one day, one person or group is the favorite, the next day has done something unforgivable. And so on. A big, dysfunctional family, but always pulling together against outsiders.
It’s not hard to see that the Mafia based itself on the structure of the family.
Italy is my dream home, love this video from Nigeria, Jessi n Alessio please help my dream of coming to Italy
I love your videos. My family comes from the next town over (Fanna). 😀
Love this vlog, so unique raw and real 💙surely will visit this town whenever I think of going to Venice with my husband. This was a soulful vlog.. Love from India ❤
Grazie mille! we are so happy you like it this video!
Beautiful thank you
Such a great video!
lovely spoken narrative and beautiful pizze
Beautiful. ❤
A beautiful place to raise a child. Simple yet full of contentment. My wife and I are looking for a home either in Spain, Portugal or Italy. We are looking also in Southern part of Germany. Nice vlog! Celebrating life!
Amalfi Coast dishes! I have them and love them.
Thanks for pizza place recomendation 👌 definitely will visit at the next trip to our 'neighbors'. I visit north of Italy quite often as im from Slovenia. 👋 Apprreciate any recomendation from Friuli Venezia Gilulia region :)
Love this! Soon, can you please go over beauty products in the stores in Italy (makeup, skin care, hair care) and clothes shops?
Grandma was a beauty
I’m with you Jessi!! I have always loved riding on trains!❤️🚂
Belissimo!
I go to that lake almost every weekend! Crazy to see such a familiar sight from someone elses point of view 😀 Nice and relaxing video! 😊
What’s the name of the lake
@@silvi8430 I noticed that they didn't name anything close to the parents' house, which I think is for privacy reasons (I could be wrong). So in case that they prefer to keep certain things private, I'll help them in that. Though, if you look up the Friulian dolomites, you'll find plenty of beautiful lakes (some similar to these) in case you were planning to visit one! 😊
I TOTALLY AGREE CERTAIN THINGS SHOULD NOT BE MADE PUBLIC👍
Lago di Barcis
Thank you! What a blessing to see the beauty of that small town and to see the love and respect that you have for each other. You are very fun to watch. God bless you both. Love the cuckoo, bird, and the cats… And the pizzas. How do you both eat that much food and stay so slim? High metabolism?🍕🥗🥖
The food in Europe is different. They ate normal portions for a European.
The ingredients in the USA make the same amount of food contain more calories.
Thank you for the explanation, I did not realize that at all! That is interesting.
sweet couple, love your videos
in my case I ate probably my best and worst pizza in non-center Naples. I can confirm that eating around in small places sometimes you have really surprising results: one of my best dinners I had, was in a very small trattoria 5Km away from Orvieto. completely managed by a single woman in her 40s-50s. It was really, really good... went there almost by chance.
So beautiful
Nice video.. love from India
