Theyre an accappella group which means they dont use any instruments at all and all of the drum and guitar effects are made by clapping, stomping and just beatboxing etc :)
They don't need months, they are masters at arrangements!! Check out their performances on Sing Off, where they got their start, they only had a week to arrange and choreograph. I recommend watching Love Lockdown, Let's Get It On and Dog Days are Over. I'd love to see your reaction to those, but definitely don't miss out either way!!!

Okay I'm a Pentatonix fan and I think that you sometimes wouldn't realize they are a capella without knowing it, but I'm pretty sure most people know what a capella means. Just because they aren't a Pentatonix fan already does not mean they know nothing that could possibly be related to what they do. Other a capella groups exist. Pitch Perfect exists. Pentatonix may have a unique, amazing sound, but they did not invent a capella and do not have a personal bubble containing it to them.
(Just saying this because most of the comments on the reaction videos to Bohemian Rhapsody are explaining what a capella is and I'm just sorta done with it)
