This watch band can stretch enough so you can put it on or off without unsnapping clasp on the length adjuster. [Or you could unsnap it to make it super easy to get on/off.]
You slide the length adjuster up or down the band to set the tightness, so it doesn't have to be too tight even though it is stretchy. The easy spring pins do not need tools to install or remove, and the t-handles rotate into waiting holes in the watch band ends so they don't poke you in the wrist.
Overall I'm happy with this watch band.
