Poirier is gonna slaughter bsd. Yeah he lost to charles like everyone did, and got caught by a picture perfect setup blind kick by a guy who doesn't headkick. Two absolute elite guys, i don't think he loses to anyone not top 3 at the minute. Bsd looked great against frevola... Who ran backwards along the cage with his hands down.
Yan had so much potential. He's a great boxer but the rest of his skill set is a bit lacking on top of being a slow starter. Yan switch stances so fluidly and honestly thought he would be able to put it together by now.

I've seen Vera go the 5 round distance several times and win most of them. I've yet to see Sean do the same. Maybe he'll surprise me, but I've got to lean towards Vera if it goes the distance, despite his notorious slow starts.

Do people honestly like fighters based on who they can relate to? I like Sean. I know kids in their 20s who like Sean. I don't have to love fighters' personalities or relate to them. It is nicer when I Like them as people though. And I like Sean enough. I don't use social media or anything so my perception is just from interviews and embedded stuff.
He's a kid who works hard and treats people around him ok. Based on little I know of him. And his fights are usually exciting. That's good enough for me.
