Siri on Steroids!! Crazy Super Powers iOS Update
Hey everyone, new video alert! This short film skit is basically a comprehensive review of the iOS update from Apple and it's crazy. Because Apple partnered with Marvel (not really) super powers are available for a limited time to all users. This video has everything from quicksilver super speed, Peekabo teleporting from the Flash, gravity defiance and super jump abilities, and the Thor lightning effect from Thor Ragnarok and Avengers Infinity War where he changes his clothes by smashing his hammer down. When I do this I become James Bond. I used Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier Elements 12 to make this. The super speed is easy: simply speed up the footage either using Time Remapping or Time Stretch and then apply the CC Force Motion Blur effect. For the teleportation mask out the actor and mess around with the fractal noise, turbulent displace and CC vector blur effects. For the super jump effect, mask out the actor while jumping (going frame by frame) or use a difference matte or a green screen and then keyframe the position as needed. Add a dirt explosion or dust wave that appears at the feet of the actor as they jump. To make the Thor effect one can either use chroma key lightning or make their own if they have the Saber plug-in. The bullet holes and dust wave effects, as well as the audio for those, can be found on the Action VFX website. Make sure to apply camera shake.
