    A lot black kids drowned in the water gardens but they kept that quiet

      Are you saying that black children can’t read? Or their parents can’t read?
      Why would any kids drown in the water gardens? There are signs up telling people not to play in it.
      Years ago a family from Chicago let their kids play in it, I guess the adults couldn’t read, and unfortunately a child got trapped. There is a motor system that keeps the water circulating
